The Guthrie-Bianchini House
The original Guthrie-Bianchini house was built in 1870 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is on the California Registry. When the restoration is complete, the Guthrie-Bianchini House will become a museum that will educate area residents and visitors about the history of the various peoples who have lived in the area. It will also be a central landmark to the Heritage Park community park area. The Hind Foundation has provided a $105,000 restoration grant to enable the completion of historical landmark.
We believe that the Guthrie-Bianchini House will become a central focus for the community hosting events and social gatherings.
