Requirements

Interim reporting

You will be requested on quarterly basis to provide a description of how the requested funds are being used, over all status of the project and anticipated completion date.

Final reporting

Once the funds have been used provide summary of their application supporting the project/program for which funding was awarded. (required)

We reserve the right to withhold, recover or take action should it be determined that any funding were miss-represented:

• Letter that requests the grantee correct the situation
• Letter requesting the recipient to send back all grant monies
