The Hind Foundation provides support in the following three areas:
- Performing and visual arts, its advancement through the venues in which they can better enrich the community.
- Plant and wildlife research and conservation, with an emphasis on habitats and ecosystems, parks, botanical gardens, and land conservation.
- Historical projects that highlight, promote, and/or preserve our American cultural heritage.
We do not fund projects related to:
- Educational programs, endowments, capital campaigns or debt reduction.
- Basic research or fellowships.
- Books, videos, and television or film projects that are not components of a broader strategy.
- Administrative cost ie salaries, operating expenses.
- Sustaining funds or multi-year grants.
